Rachel graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2008. Since then she has worked in public sector at Royal Columbian Hospital, as well as in private practices in both the Lower Mainland and the Sea to Sky Corridor.  In recent years Rachel held the appointment of Adjunct Professor teaching Neuroanatomy online within the Faculty of Medicine at University of British Columbia, and contributed to Cochrane Musculoskeletal Group research in Fibromyalgia headed by Dr. A Busch at the University of Saskatchewan.

Rachel strives to be well-rounded in her approach to patient care and in 2017 completed the ConnectTherapy™ series (formerly Integrated Systems Model) under the direction of Dr. Linda-Joy Lee at the Institute for Physiotherapy & Movement. She also has continued education in advanced manual therapy, arthritis care, acupuncture, pelvic floor rehabilitation, TMJ disorders, Shockwave Therapy, and real time ultrasound imaging. Rachel is also a certified instructor in both Method™ Pilates matwork, and Dr. B. Crawford’s Pfilates pelvic floor rehabilitation program. Recently she undertook Hypopressive/Low Pressure Fitness Level 1 certification for pelvic floor and diastasis rectus abdominus rehabilitation.

Rachel is currently accepting new patients.
